hope you all had a plentiful xmas and new years, mine was pretty chilled, apart from mixing a heap of tunes for my new album! Anyway thats another post, right now i have some important and excellent news.. i just started working at the radio station i do my friday drive show as Programme Director. i’ll be doing my best to push forward as much good music as i can onto the already excellent RDU playlist. So do you have a new release, remix, exclusive piece of music you want played on radio? Here’s how that can happen..
Firstly i cant guarantee you airplay, next, please do not be offended if you send me something and i don’t get back to you. I have a very busy life. Please chase me if i dont get back to you after 2 weeks with a nice e-mail reminder, i will respond, usually i’m caught up with music related shit. If i like what you’ve sent i’ll do my best to get it on the playlist, or at least to a specialist DJ who cover’s that genre on the station.
As for the music you send, if your an unsigned artist looking for exposure, make it your best 2 tracks! I’ve always supported independent artists from way back on my pirate show. Send me as much info as possible, contact details, release date, label, artist etc.
